Stephen Ellis is the past President and CEO of CB Richard Ellis in Australia and New Zealand, a business which employs 1,100 people. He started at Richard Ellis in 1983 as an investment executive, and held various senior positions before being promoted into the CEO position in 2002. During his 4 year tenure as CEO, the Australian and New Zealand business acquired 6 new businesses, opened 4 new offices and grew its revenue from $91m to $192m. He has extensive experience in client liaison and team management for general consultancy work, investment advice, valuation and marketing activities.
