Andrew has had extensive experience in Corporate Real Estate specifically with advisory, transaction management and portfolio optimisation and management strategies.
Andrew has been very successful in working with organisations in the Asia Pacific region including ;

Andrew developed the Technology Practice Group at CBRE in Asia Pacific early in 2004 specifically to assist corporations with their Technical Real Estate strategies, notably HP's Asia Pacific hub comprising 11,000sqm datacentre facility in Melbourne, and advisory with their Sydney facility comprising 5,500sqm in Homebush.
Andrew is a Director of Technical Real Estate a joint venture with Thakral Holdings Australia.
Andrew commenced his career in real estate in 1989, and was first appointed as a company Director of NSC Corporate in 1996. Andrew is a Licensed Real Estate agent.
